<\/strong>DigiShares will launch the RealEstate.Exchange project in order to facilitate decentralized trading of real estate assets. The DEX will use Balancer liquidity pool technology in order to control and maximize liquidity.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

RealEstate.Exchange<\/a> is a decentralized exchange (DEX) and DeFi lending marketplace that will allow investors to buy, sell and borrow against real estate tokens. Taking the best elements from pre-existing DEXs and AMMs like Balancer<\/a> and DeFi lending platforms like Aave, RealEstate.Exchange will make it much easier to create liquidity in real world assets, finance new development projects and enable crypto investors to easily diversify into real-world assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The DEX is created by DigiShares, an end-to-end white label platform for tokenization of real assets, such as real estate, infrastructure, land development, private equity, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DigiShares and Coronet Metals partner<\/strong> to Tokenize US Mines for Precious Metals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coronet Metals will use the DigiShares platform to conduct an STO (Security Token Offering) and provide digital tokens (CMM tokens) to investors. The STO will be based on an existing business that extracts precious and non-ferrous metals by recycling tens of millions of tons of tailings and slack left in abandoned mines and smelters in the southwestern United States. They are the first in the world to combine the primary industry of mining and blockchain technology into a feasible real business. To date Coronet Metals has issued 1 billion authorized shares, of which 80 million will be distributed. They are planning to raise from $100 to $150 million in financing from security tokens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
